Our engineers join the team you have and work in your repository, from prototype to release. The code stays with you, and so does the knowledge of how it got there.
You have to decide whether to build or buy, and nobody owns the decision.
Buy and you inherit somebody else’s roadmap. Build and you inherit the maintenance. We look at your systems, your teams and the processes around them, tell you what the architecture should become, and sit between you, your IT and your suppliers while it gets there.

We mentor, and we put in the structure that makes mentoring unnecessary next time: who decides what, what gets written down, what the team can settle without escalating. If you’re the CTO or founder and already hold the seat, the same work is sparring for you rather than staffing.
