Let’s talk
Handed over to you.

MVP to production Your MVP works for the first users. We get it ready for the rest.

You built your product with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit, and people use it. We take that MVP to production: we review how it’s built, make it secure, connect the services it needs and put it live properly. Then we hand it over, so you, or the engineers you hire later, can run and extend it.

Let’s talk about your product

For founders with an AI-built prototype or MVP that real users now rely on, whether you write code or not.

BENEATH THE MVP

It works for the first users.
Nobody knows what holds it up.

AI tools get a product working quickly. What they don’t tell you is what it rests on. Who can see whose data? What happens to that data when something fails? Can you put a change live without taking the product offline? Why did the hosting bill double last month? Until someone answers those questions, every new user adds risk, and whoever works on the product next has to start by finding out what’s there.

HOW WE GET IT THERE

From what you have
to something you can hand over.

  1. Review what’s there.

We read the code and look at how the product is built, hosted and paid for. You hear in plain words what holds up, what’s risky and what we’d change first. What works stays.

  2. Make it secure and stable.

We close the gaps that matter once real people rely on the product: who can sign in and see what, where passwords and access keys are kept, how data is backed up and what happens when something fails. We fix them in your code, in an order we agree with you.

  3. Connect it and put it live.

We connect the product to the services it needs, such as payments, email or your existing data, and set up deployment: the route a change takes from the code to the live product, checked and the same every time. You can see when something fails and what it costs to run.

  4. Hand it over.

You get documentation of how the product works and why it’s built that way, and a walkthrough of the code and the setup with you and anyone you want there. We leave the code so that engineers who join later can find their way around and build on it. If you want, we stay on afterward as advisors or on a monthly retainer.

How we start.

Tell us what the product does, how you built it and what worries you about it. After a first conversation we agree a scoped piece of work: what we’ll do, what you’ll have at the end, and who is responsible for what.

Let’s talk about your product
THE PEOPLE WE WORK WITH

Behind the work,
a working relationship.

“We rely on Zone2 for their exceptional technical skills and strategic insights. Their ability to align with our long-term goals has made them an indispensable partner.”

Questions we get

I’m not technical. Can I still work with you?

Yes. We explain each decision in plain terms and what it means for your product, your users and your costs. You decide, we do the technical work, and we tell you what we did and why.

Do you rebuild everything?

No. We keep what works and change what holds the product back or puts your users at risk. If a part does need replacing, we say which part and why before we touch it.

What do I get at the end?

Your product running in production, documentation of how it works, and a walkthrough of the code and the setup. Whoever works on it next, you or the engineers you hire, starts from there instead of from scratch.

How is this different from a code audit?

A code audit tells you in writing what’s wrong and what to fix first. Here we do the work: we fix what matters, put the product into production and hand it over. If you first want to know where you stand, start with the audit.

LET’S TAKE A CLOSER LOOK

What did you
build with AI?

Tell us what the product does, how you built it and what you’re unsure about. That’s enough for a first conversation.
